Returns:

Only electronic items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.  There will be a 15% re-stocking fee for all returned items.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.  All returns must follow these instructions:

Please emailreturns@usabirdcontrol.comwith your order information to receive a Returns Good Authorization (RGA) number and return shipping instructions.  

Note:  Returns are processed within 2-3 weeks after item is received with an RGA number.  Your credit card used for the purchase will be credited.

Exchanges:

Only electronic items are eligible for exchange within 30 days of delivery.  Shipping charges do not apply.  All exchanges must follow these instructions:

Please emailexchanges@usabirdcontrol.comwith your order information to receive a Returns Good Authorization (RGA) number and return shipping instructions.  Original product must be returned in order for new product exchange to ship.

Note:  Exchanges are processed within 1-2 weeks after item is received with an RGA number.  If you require USA Bird Control, Inc. to ship the new item before we recieve the requested exchange item, you can simply complete a new order sale and USA Bird Control, Inc. will credit the original exchange item to your credit card.

Waranty Information:

Only electronic devices have a 6 month manufacturer warranty.    

Shipping:

All orders are shipped via FedEx to physical addresses only (FedEx does not ship to P.O. Boxes).  

Note:  All items that are on back order will be shipped via FedEx as soon as they become available.
